Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.                    
132 "An Act relating to loans for the purchase of individual fishery           
quota shares; and providing for an effective date."   Without                  
objection, it was so ordered.
